Dittany is the lead mare in my herd. Sensitive, brave and forward going with endless energy she has competed with Endurance GB and is an excellent hack and lead taking my youngsters out on the roads. As you can see from the photos we have had a lot of fun together and have formed a fantastic ridden partnership.
Her sire is the multi-talented Drongo. Her full sister, Floral Dancer has raced and competed in Endurance GB.
Dittany has now retired, I will miss our rides out together.
On the top of the hill at Pen Ddol Y Gader endurance ride - after a gruelling climb up the loose stoney scree she still had plenty of energy for this great canter track.

Dittany's sire is the multi-talented Drongo.
Drongo was owned by Brian and Andrea Boulton and with them he won 7 races, became an Advanced Endurance horse, had many wins BSJA show jumping, won many Hunter Trials and Working Hunters and has sired offspring successful in racing, jumping and endurance.

Sire: Seren Sadrh
Dittany, when we wanted to breed from her, was found to have multiple polyps. The vet advised to pop her in with the stallion and hope for an egg to find room to settle. After a year we thought she was infertile but Sadrh got the job done and this lovely filly was the result, she was however born very late in the year. Now sold to an amazing home Iris is currently being backed and will hopefully start her ridden career in due course.
